My FAVORITE part is the mugshot! It's as if the little cow ear is sticking out to the side to help them mark her height. And the udders! Wow!
My theory is that she got mixed up on which day Chick-Fil-A's Cow Appreciation day was. Maybe they refused her free chicken and she went home and snapped.
All in all, they should give her a break. Who hasn't urinated on the neighbor's porch while wearing a cow suit?
