The chick in the picture has obviously given up her life-long dream of professional cheerleading (or prostitution/porn stardom) in favor of a desk job, and boy is she excited about it!
They used the same poster last year and it was just as funny then. It's an advertisement for Junior Achievement. They really push JA around here, but I think it's a crock. We could be pushing causes that actually HELP people instead of encouraging kids to succumb to a life of workplace drudgery. But whatever.

The fact that she can lift her leg that high in the air is impressive, but perhaps even more impressive is her ability to balance a laptop with one hand at the same time.
That laptop really looks like a PowerBook G3. If it actually IS a PB G3, they need to update that picture--they're old school.

I took a closer look at it in the elevator, and yes the size of her foot is really something. In her defense, though, she looks like a pretty tall woman, so she probably needs the big hooves to keep her balance.
I was unable to discern the type of computer though. Some things must remain a mystery.
