Me: Do you want to get your face painted?
Little Kid: Yes!
Me: OK, you can choose from these four designs. You can have a pumpkin, a flower, a ghost, or the word "Boo". *points to the designs on a sheet of paper*
Little Kid: I want a tiger!
Me: Um...no. I don't know how to make a tiger. But would you like a pumpkin?
Little Kid: *stares in a dumbfounded manner, shakes his head no, and walks away*
