In the Dog House

This is what Kevin made me for my birthday. The entire population of some remote village could fit in it! It's huge! My fur-girls will be living in the lap of luxury. I think I'm going to paint it to look like a real house (windows, floors, etc.). It's really fancy.

I thought I'd include a couple of pictures so you can see the dogs. I never post pictures of them anymore and usually Butter is moving too fast to actually catch on film. I couldn't get them to look at the camera, but here they are checking it out.

Butter is trying to climb up me in this one. I can put my hand on her back and she'll climb all the way up me and lick my face. She's funny.

In other funny Butter news, my neighbors dumped some of their table scraps over the fence for the dogs. I'm not sure exactly what it was...it looked like roast beef and some chicken bones. I don't let the girls eat chicken bones, so I rushed over and started scooping them up to take them away. In the meantime, they started eating the other scraps. Unfortunately, the scraps landed under the electric fence. Butter touched her nose to the fence and went "yelp!" and then she just started barking at the fence like she was mad at it. You would think she would have learned her lesson, but after we went inside, we heard her do the same thing again.
