Bloggable

I've been working all day! I do not like it. Finally, I've finished with everything I can possibly do at this point and I'm able to blog...or bloggable(?).

Remember when I mentioned the Nestle Toll House Cafe that sprang up overnight? Well, they opened and I've been there a few times. The smell in there is intoxicating. The other night, we went and had ice cream. I chose the strawberry cheesecake flavor in a waffle cone. There were real chunks of cheesecake in the ice cream. I totally made out with my ice cream cone in front of God and everyone. I hadn't had an ice cream cone in a long time. The boy also had an ice cream cone, but his was rocky road on one of those styrofoam sugar cones. They had a turtle flavor that looked pretty good too (it's not made from real turtles). I dare say I'll be back again...very soon. First Chick-Fil-A came to town and conspired against my waistline, and now this.

In similar news, I noticed today that Maurice's is opening up in "The Commons"...this is wonderful news. I love that store and I never make it across town to go to the other location. This will be a much more easily accessible spot. And they sell plus sizes now which is going to be really important to me if I keep eating at the Nestle Toll House Cafe.
