Food Journaling

I found a cool site that helps log the nutrition information from your daily food intake and exercise information. It creates charts and helps you see how balanced your meals are and how many calories you ingest. www.fitday.com

Today's just my second day doing it, but I've already seen what a carb addict I am. Not that that's going to change...just an interesting observation.
