Sedaris' irreverent humor usually has me laughing out loud. I may have chuckled a few times in the course of reading this book, but my overall impression of it is that it's "Just OK".
For more entertaining Sedaris humor, try a couple of his other books: Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim and Me Talk Pretty One Day.
