I would have blogged yesterday, but really there wasn't anything to blog about.
I'm pretty sure my customers have Sybil writing their specs for them now. They tell me to do one thing in on paragraph and then totally contradict themselves in the next paragraph. That's nothing new though.
Here's something.
Why the heck would a recipe say, "2 cups of chicken, cooked and chopped"
How the heck am I supposed to know how many frozen chicken breasts = 2 cups of cooked chopped chicken? I don't know what that means. Am I remedial? Everything should be measured by weight, but then I don't have a scale, so I guess I'd still be clueless.
I'm making chicken and rice casserole ala crock pot tonight. I've never tried this recipe before, so hopefully it'll turn out alright. I heart my crock pot.
