1 lb. bag of baby carrots
1 small onion, diced
14 1/2 oz. can green beans
3 lb chicken
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
1/2-1 tsp. dried basil
1. Put carrots, onion, and beans on bottom of slow cooker. Add chicken Top with salt, pepper, broth, and wine. Sprinkle with basil
2. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours or High 3 1/2-5 hours.
(Of course I omitted the carrots and onion. I also sprinkled a little garlic powder on top of the chicken, but it would probably be best with fresh garlic. I didn't have 3 pounds of chicken, so I just used what I had.)
