Is it that time already?

I can't believe it's already the end of the day. I've been busy busy all day long.

Tiger Tunes was good. KX won everything during the show we went to. They were pretty good. In keeping with tradition, the Betas didn't have a pantyhose free show even though they were 'office workers'. All of them had on khaki pants and ties, except for this one guy who had on khaki shorts with tights underneath. I never figured out what that was all about. Maybe he just enjoys the feel of lycra.

I was also confused about why the hosts/hostesses would choose songs which would require them to change the words to something less offensive. They did a vignette of 'The Music of Queen' in which they chose Fat Bottom(ed?) Girls as an appropriate song to sing. Now, don't get me wrong, the song was obviously written about me and I'm not knocking it. But when you've got to change the words to 'Oh baby you, you make the rockin' world go round," you might have made a poor choice. They should have called it, "The Music of Queen, Censored." (Not to mention it made me think of that song that goes...'oh baby you....you got what I neeeeeeeed')

In other news, the boy worked on my computer yesterday. Whoo hoo! It is now processing data at the speed of light...or at least faster than the speed of dirt. Mucho improvemento. Tonight he's going to teach me how to fix some lady named Ruby's computer. He already let me take the power supply box apart for a minute (ok, so he just let me unscrew all the little screws and then screw them back in), so I'm well on my way to a healthy computer repair apprenticeship.

Tonight I'm making chicken stroganoff. If it doesn't suck, I will share the recipe mas tarde.

Mary, I'm sad you didn't make it to AR this weekend, but I'm sure you had more fun with your garage sale. :)
