It's somebody's birthday, I wonder who!

Happy Birthday, Kevin!

You know what? I didn't want to wake up this morning. And then I forced myself to get up and to work only to get in and find a note from my customers saying that their whole team is out ALL DAY! Nice. I do have a little paperwork stuff that I can do, but that's about it.

I have to send out vacation money today, so I need to remember to go home at lunch and get the address of where to send it and all that.

Yesterday I had such a productive day! It was very exciting to finally accomplish some things that had been on the back burner for awhile. I took a 1/2 day off and bought shrubs and flowers for my flower bed, planted all of them, and bought the weed barrier stuff. I still need to lay that down and buy some mulch to finish it up, but I think I'm on the home stretch now.

And I cooked poppyseed chicken for dinner for K's birthday.

I was very domestic, for sure.

And yes, you could call yesterday's blog a bnovel if you want to, but I like to call it a bshort bstory because it can be read in one sitting! On that note, I'll keep this one brief.
