When I get a maid....

...I'll never touch raw meat again!

Raw meat is one of the many banes of my existance. If I liked vegetables, I'd just be a vegetarian. But alas, I don't like vegetables. Not even a little bit.

It takes me an exceptionally long time to cut up raw meat too. I was making chicken tacos tonight and opened the package of 3 chicken boobs. Why do they package them like that? I mean I realize that they sell it by weight...but chickens don't have 3 boobs...and if they do, genetic engineering has gone too far. Anyway, it took me a good 30-45 minutes to cut them up into little pieces for the tacos because I cut off the parts I don't like the looks of. Anything white, any part that has a blood vessel showing, anything that's shaped weird or is too squishy, and the tendon...that all goes in the trash. That probably gets me back down to about 2 chicken boobs, so I guess it all works out.

Then once I've cooked them, I'm still so grossed out from the raw meat experience that I can't eat much of it.

So when I get a maid, she's going to cook any meat products that I welcome into my home. If I don't see the raw meat, it never happened!
