My sinuses are draining again. I guess Monday's fishing trip set it off. I started to bring an extra box of Kleenex to work with me this morning but then I thought, "Nah, I've got plenty at work." When I got here I realized that I had about 4. They didn't last very long, so now I've resorted to using Chick-Fil-A napkins. It might be a long day!
I won Associate of the Month for August (for my Business Unit). I just found out today. That was exciting and unexpected. They used to give a little cash award with it (or at least they did last fall), but I'm wondering if they still do that. I don't want to seem ungrateful and ask, so maybe I'll just wait around and see if our admin mentions it to me.
I'm going to try to go work out at lunch today. My getting married friend is supposed to bring my ill-fitting bridesmaid dress to me after work so that I can go ahead and get it altered. I started to get a little nervous when I realized that she's getting married next month and I hadn't even attempted to get the dress altered. I don't want to have to show up to the wedding naked...and I'm sure nobody else would want me to either! :)
