Attempting to be Literate

Each year I try to read about 24 books per year. Some years I exceed that, and some years I fail miserably!

I think I only read 9 last year(plus my rating). (Shepherds Abiding by Jan Karon (A+), Lies Women Believe and the Truth that Sets them Free by Nancy Leigh DeMoss (A+), Glorious Apperaing by Lahaye and Jenkins (A+), A Heart Like His by Beth Moore(A), In His Image by James Beauseigneur(B+), Next Door Savior by Max Lucado(B+), He's Been Faithful by Carol Cymbala(A), My Year of Meats by Ruth Ozeki(B+), and River Cross My Heart by Breena Clarke(B+))

I decided to dedicate a little space in my blog to keep up with the books I have read so far this year. Maybe it will help me stay motivated.

In other news, I really think I need some new glasses or contacts or something. A second ago, I saw something move out of the corner of my eye in the backyard (I was looking out the window) and I, for a split second, thought, "There's a car driving around in my back yard!" But it was just my dog running around. LOL
